This are noises of a rain gutter during a rainfall. As this was recorded on my balkony there are strong reflections of the adjacent brick walls. Recording gear:- 2 x behringer c2 small diaphragm condenser microphones with cardioid polar pattern- focusrite scarlett 2i4 audio interfacesoftware:- sound forge pro.

This sound was recorded while driving down the road on my way to school while it was raining. I was traveling between 0 and 60 miles per hour. So there is a variation in the intensity of the rain falling against my car. As-well you gain a slight acknowledgement to the acceleration of my engine.

This is a recording of the six o'clock cicada taken near to the danum valley rain forest lodge in the primary rain forest of borneo. The 6 o'clock cicada is the loud horn type of sound that can be heard in the fist few seconds of the file. Later in the file other insects come in one sounding more like a car alarm.

Recorded the sound inside a container. On top of the container is a wooden construction of a play ground. The container itself was loaded with toys like roller skates, tricycles and shovels. It rained outside moderatly.

I recorded this sound at home, in the belgian country during the end of a storm (but there is no thunder sound). You can hear rain falling and a river flowing nearby. Very relaxing and useful if you need a rainy ambient sound. I recorded this simply with a tascam dr-40 (internal mics) and just edit it properly with audacity.

Here's a sound i recorded in my front yard when it was raining. There's vehicles passing by. Recorded with the mic on zoom h4n, couldn't find my wind screen so i covered it with a shirt.

Rain light/moderate falls on the balkony made out of stone. High quality recording with rode nt1a (two times, stereo-mixdown). The rain sounds very close to the mic, very clear and with all the high frequencies catched. Hope someone can use it for whatever. . . I used it as an intro in a song :-).

We are back in germany and its raining again! i opened the window an little bit and recorded with my roland binaural mics the rain and raindrops that are falling from the window! you can clearly hear the drops but sometimes you have a little wind noise. Recorded during the heatwave that the uk endured in 2022 this was a recording made from the garden on august 25th. The recording starts with gentle rain which slowly becomes heavier. Around 25 minutes the first distant rumble can be heard. From 30 minutes onwards. The soothing sounds of thunder and heavy rain. From an hour on the storm moves away and the rain eases.
